Every Sunday at 9:00-10:15 AM starting January 8, 2012 -  February 19, 2012, barring any holidays or travels that we have with our team.  We will NOT be having practice on Sunday, January 15th.

Description:

This is an extension of the Gold Medal Wrestling Club at Harvard University.  It is designed for beginners in the sport of wrestling.  This is a great opportunity to learn the basics of the sport and see how they transfer to every other sport we play.  Our goal is to make you a better wrestler! Our teaching philosophy includes all aspects of the sport. You will not only learn techniques from some of the country’s best, we also focus on goal setting and the elements needed to be successful at all levels.:

  • Muzaffar Abdurakhmanov – two-time Junior College National Champion and NCAA All-American, three-time Uzbekistan National Champion and a Junior World runner-up.
